  1. In bain-mari or microwave- melt 200 grams dark chocolate with coconut oil and water. put aside until lukewarm.
  2. whip the egg replacer with sugar according to the instructions, you should get a thick cream by the end – if using flax egg replacer- the whipping will take over an hour.
  3. fold in the Chocolate and coconut oil. Keep stirring – add in the cocoa, flour and baking powder.
  4. last but not least- add chocolate chunks. it’s better to use white chocolate as well if you have a vegan white chocolate.
  5. bake at 170 degrees C. remove from the oven when the cake is solid but still quite wet inside (check with a toothpick or a fork).
