Vegan Divine Brownies
cut into cubes
can be replaced with other oils
cut mostly to big pieces (half cubes). better to use dark and vegan white chocolate
egg replacer or flax eggs or Aquafaba
In bain-mari or microwave- melt 200 grams dark chocolate with coconut oil and water. put aside until lukewarm.
whip the egg replacer with sugar according to the instructions, you should get a thick cream by the end – if using flax egg replacer- the whipping will take over an hour.
fold in the Chocolate and coconut oil. Keep stirring – add in the cocoa, flour and baking powder.
last but not least- add chocolate chunks. it’s better to use white chocolate as well if you have a vegan white chocolate.
bake at 170 degrees C. remove from the oven when the cake is solid but still quite wet inside (check with a toothpick or a fork).
