I have the perfect recipe for Brownies. the type of brownies that you cut into small cubes and just can’t help yourself but to take another one and another one. too bad that it requires ingredients such as eggs and butter.
I was not going to give up so easily on my favorite brownies…
Butter was replaced by coconut oil and water.
Eggs …. were more problematic. I used to recommend on this recipe – Flax Egg replacer. but a much better solution would be Aquafaba! (I’ll post a recipe later on, but it’s quite simple).
The good news are – the result is extremely delicious, so good that I asked my boyfriend to take the whole cake to his family, because I didn’t want to eat more that I already had.
*The quantities are for a medium sized square baking pan, I sometimes put 50% more of everything if I make the cake for a big event.
