Instructions
  1. Cook the beans with coriander and cumin in water until soft or if possible up-to 2 hours.
  2. Fry the onion in the olive oil until it has soften, add garlic and keep cooking for another 2-3 minutes
  3. Add the onion, garlic, tomatoes, and thyme to the beans and cook for 15 minutes. if needed, add water.
  4. Slice the sausages to 1 cm slices and add to the pot. cook for another 10 minutes, add salt and pepper and serve.
