The Simple Cauliflower (that you can’t get enough of)

Cauliflower is this magical vegetable that does well no matter what. Every time we buy a cauliflower I promise myself to try new recipes with it but I keep making this simple one, because it’s just so good, that you can’t imagine that anything else would be better.

It also works with dying cauliflowers…

Instructions
  1. Put the Cauliflower in a big pot and fill with water. make sure that it's fully covered. cook it until it's very soft (enough to stick a fork in very easily)
  2. heat the oven to 250 degrees C on Grill. Put the cauliflower on a baking pan (covered with baking paper). Be generous when sprinkling Olive oil on it, season with Salt and Pepper
  3. Bake until the cauliflower is quite burnt. people actually fight over these burnt crispy parts.
