I never liked Tahini cookies or Halva, whenever I tried them it was nice at first but the Tahini felt out of place, so I was hoping (to save some calories) that when I make these cookies I would feel the same way and let other people enjoy these cookies but something changed – it’s either the fact that I eat much more Tahini as a vegan or just because this recipe is good…. but too bad, the cookies are really tasty.

I didn’t have enough Tahini so I replaced half of the quantity with Peanut butter. what a great decision! but you could, of course, use only Tahini or only Peanut butter (160 grams)
