  1. In a large bowl, sift together the flours and baking powder
  2. pour in the milks, vanilla extract, sweetener, and water. mix until smooth. add the sultanas.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled pancake skillet over medium high heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet. bubbles will start to form on the surface of the pancake, it’s almost time to flip them over.
  4. Wait until the batter is not liquid anymore and flip over on the other side, give it another 20-30 seconds to cook and serve.
  5. Bon Appetite!
