Instructions
  1. combine the dough ingredients and knead well. if it’s too sticky after kneading for several minutes – add just a bit more flour.
  2. cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for one hour. if it hasn’t doubled- wait longer.
  3. Mix the filling ingredients
  4. When the dough is ready – take a small portion (the size of a child’s fist) and flatten a bit. add one spoon of filling. lift the dough edges and join above the filling (to close the filling inside this dough ball)
  5. Flatten the dough ball (I used a rolling pin on a floured surface) until it is quite thin. careful – if it’s too thin, the filling comes out.
  6. Use a good non-stick pan. when it’s warm, put the naan for 2 minutes, flip for another minute.
  7. Spread some coconut oil on top if you like.
  8. Eat with some other delicious Indian foods. I had it with red Lentils dhal and vegetable curry! YUMMY
