cook the lentils, carrots and ginger in 3 cups water until the water have fully evaporated.
Use a food processor to mash all the ingredients together. in case that you can’t use a food processor – slice the veggies very thinly or try improvising with a blender (add the okara and lentils afterwards)
Shape the burgers. I used a ring at first but decided that I was unnecessary.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 170 degrees C (340 F).
Sweet potato chips
lay the sweet potato slices on a baking pan – sprinkle the ingredients on top and bake at 160 degrees C (320 F) until they are crispy. it’s hard to say how long because it depends on their thickness, check every 10 minutes.
