I wanted to make oatmeal cookies for weeks but wasn’t sure which recipe to choose. I eventually came up with my own recipe that I liked – a good mixture of my favorite ingredients. Usually oatmeal cookies are more dense, this recipe is quite different, the cookies are more puffy and I cut them in squares.
As the cookies are also a great nutritious snack, I often have them for breakfast.
They are also very quick and easy, I used my recipe several times since writing this post and I can’t get enough of them. I hope you would like it too.
