Instructions
  1. cook the lentils in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  2. In a separate big pan, Fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil for 5-10 minutes until the onion becomes transparent.
  3. Add the carrots and chili and keep cooking on a lower flame, I used carrots in different colors, but they taste the same.
  4. add the lentils cook for another 5 minutes and add wine and lemon, cook for another 10 minutes until the lentils are soft but not mushy.
  5. add the parsley, salt and ground pepper before serving. Serve on a bowl of whole rice, you can also add Tahini as a sauce.
