Ingredients
Chai concentrate (6 portioned to keep in the freezer)

Instructions
Cooking Concentrate
  1. cook the spices in 2 cups water for about 30 minutes.
  2. if needed, add more water.
  3. if saving some concentrate for a later use – freeze in cube – divide into 12 cubes and use 2 per person.
Making Frappe
  1. put in the blender – Chai concentrate ice cubes/portion, milk and 5-6 ice cubes.
  2. Blend on low speed but make sure that you hear the ice breaking. this is how it looks when ready
  3. Drink and enjoy this fun beverage on a warm summer day.
