Iced Chai Frappe

I like Coffee, I don’t drink too much of it but I find it almost irreplaceable in my morning routine. It’s summertime and I’ve been struggling to drink my hot coffee, sometime even in front of the fan. this week I spoke with an Ayurveda student who mentioned that hot beverages in the summer don’t make any sense and it just dawned on me…

I remembered how Years ago, when I moved to the City, my friend liked to have her Chai blended with Ice. it was a dreamy beverage and we finished it in seconds. so I decided to give it a go and make Iced Chai Frappe at home from scratch. it is still so very dreamy 🙂

*I made a larger quantity of concentrate and kept in the freezer for future uses. so even less work for next time.
