Blend all the ingredients. add the water gradually to receive just the right texture, if needed add a bit more.
taste and change seasoning to your liking. initially the paste would still feel a big sandy, blend until it feels as smooth as a cream cheese.
This "cheese" can be used for so many things, whenever you would use cream cheese or add a bit of cream to a dish. it can go well with Mushroom pasta etc... if you need a sweet cream cheese- replace the salt and garlic with some sugar.
