  1. first – combine the warm water with dry yeast and sugar to start the yeast working. put aside for 5 minutes while you gather the ingredients
  2. combine all the ingredients except for all-purpose-flour. knead and gradually add 3 cups of all-purpose-flour.
  3. if the dough is still runny – add flour. if the dough is sticky – knead for several minutes and then add flour if needed.
  4. cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for one hour. if it hasn’t doubled- wait longer.
  5. make buns and put them on a baking pan with enough distance between them. put in a warm place for 30 minute.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees C (350 F) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Eat with something tasty inside.
