Burger Buns (for sandwiches too)

I made these buns especially for the Okara Burgers that I made, but used many of them for sandwiches as well. They’re easy to make and very light and tasty. This recipe was easily veganized. I replaced some of the flour with whole wheat flour, but the buns can also be done with Spelt flour.
